gitlab raw files are not being served with correct mime types. Apparently this is related to configuration of the web server, and not Gitlab per se.

Both .png and .svg "raw" cause Firefox to prompt for download.

Seems like an issue for Robbie or Shayne, or someone with root shell access to the gitlab server.
